Today our class started with a prayer at college chapel.First period was yoga at college auditorium.Stephan sir taught us different postures of yoga.First he started with some exercises to foot.We can stimulate the proper functioning of organs and body parts by applying a small pressure on different pressure points in foot which is called as foot reflexology exercises.Then he taught some postures such as bhujangasana and vajrasana.
Second period was taken by M.Ed student named Revathy.Ma'am taught us technology portion from unit 3.It was Computer Assisted Instruction(CAI) and it's different techniques and methods of delivery in detail.Then we had two optional periods.. After lunch break we went to seminar hall and it was the period Giby teacher.One student teacher named Dona and taught us a portion in psychology called Intelligence.In that class ma'am taught us about different characteristics of intelligence and nature of intelligence.

"  I believe something very magical can happen when you read a good book "   J K Rowling  Now I remember on the first day of MTTC, teacher told to introduce ourselves and she asked me have you read any books .I said no and she told don't worry.you will see the beauty of many books during the BEd training period. Yes,The books let you travel without moving your feet.and I took the book "understanding chemistry" by CNR RAO ,and it gives the basic information about chemistry through pictures concepts and illustrations.     This is a beautiful book which is much helpful for the high school students. Feb13-17

As usual, I reached the school by 8.30 AM and then signed the attendance register at HM’s office. After that I had morning duty infront of gate 13 from 8.45 AM to 9.15. The day began with a prayer at 9.25 AM. I engaged in completing my record works. In the 2nd hour I got substitute in 9U. It was their music period and the students sang song.
